Privacy Policy

This is the privacy consent document currently used for consultation intake.

Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information (Consultation Intake)

1. Information handled
- Required: name, phone number, service category, consultation details, preferred contact method, consultation language, and privacy consent
- Optional: email address and company or organization name (an email address is required if email is selected for the reply)
- Generated: receipt ID, receipt time, and the consent document version, effective date, and body hash

2. Purpose
The information is used only to review the facts of the consultation request and reply to the requester.

3. Transient portal handling and no portal storage
The web request handles the submission transiently in memory. This portal does not save consultation submissions in a file or database and does not place them in a local portal backup, temporary file, or portal receipt log.

4. Delivery to Naver Mail
The full submission, including the receipt ID, receipt time, and consent proof, is delivered to and retained in the office's designated Naver Mail mailbox. Online intake is completed only after Naver Mail accepts the message.

5. Delivery through Hermes and Telegram
After Naver Mail accepts the message, the same full submission is sent through Hermes to a Telegram cloud chat. Hermes keeps its existing local outbound history under its current configuration. A Telegram cloud chat is not a secret chat and is not described as end-to-end encrypted. Telegram may process or store cloud-chat data across jurisdictions, and the provider does not publish one fixed country for this message path.

6. Management of retained copies
When the consultation purpose is complete or a deletion request is received, the office manually manages copies retained in Naver Mail, Hermes, and Telegram. Provider backups and retention follow each provider's respective policy.

7. Sensitive or high-risk information
Do not enter resident registration numbers, passport numbers, health records, criminal records, or other sensitive or high-risk identifiers in the free-text field. If such information is needed, first arrange a safer delivery method with the office.

8. Refusal and rights requests
You may refuse consent, but required items cannot be submitted online without it. Use the office's published contact channels for access, correction, deletion, suspension, or other rights requests.

- Address: Suite 212, 92 Beobwon-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul (Partners 1, Munjeong-dong)

9. Anonymous usage statistics
This website does not use cookies or store values in device storage such as localStorage. The IP address and browser information (User-Agent) naturally sent during a visit are handled momentarily for usage statistics, anonymized immediately, and not retained in their original form.
- Anonymization: the last part of the IP address is removed before it is combined with a random value regenerated daily and converted to a one-way hash. The random value is deleted at midnight, so visits on different dates cannot be linked.
- Statistical fields: page path, display language, and the referring site's domain (excluding the full URL and search terms)
- Retention: visitor-distinguishing hashes are destroyed within 24 hours; anonymous statistics are kept for 25 months
- Not collected: cookies, device storage, fingerprinting signals such as screen or device details, location data, advertising identifiers, or search terms
- Opt out: enable GPC (Global Privacy Control) or DNT (Do Not Track) in your browser and the visit is not counted.
- External analytics: no external analytics service such as Google Analytics is used, and anonymous statistics are not provided to third parties.
